Transfer from another university – Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degrees

Students who intend to transfer from another Italian university to Campus Ciels must submit a transfer request to the outgoing university according to the methods and timeframes established by the same. The outgoing university will be responsible for sending Campus Ciels the documentation relating to the student’s career and the discharge. Once the discharge sheet has been received, the Student Secretariat will notify the interested party of receipt, who is required to regularize his/her administrative situation within 10 days of the date of communication from the secretariat, in order to ensure the regular performance of teaching activities. The transfer to Campus Ciels of students coming from another university is subject to the number of available places (Ciels will issue a suitable certificate of NULLA OSTA to enrollment after checking the available places). An evaluation of the study career followed up to that point may be requested, with the possible validation of the exams taken and the credits acquired by submitting the CFU Evaluation Request Form, downloadable here:

By submitting the Request for Preventive Evaluation and Credit Recognition to the relevant Teaching Office for each location, it is possible to know in advance which exams or training activities (already taken or that are planned to be taken by the date of enrollment or registration) can be validated by Campus Ciels as part of the study path that you wish to undertake. It is possible to request the preventive calculation without enrollment constraint. The request can be submitted in the following cases:

  • Transfer from another University/SSML to Campus Ciels;
  • New Enrollment at Campus Ciels in order to validate exams or training activities taken in previous university courses.

The application must be submitted in the following ways:

  • Directly to the Teaching Office;
  • Scanned via email address.
