Access to our bachelor’s degree programmes is subject to passing an admission test.

Admission test sessions

Admission tests sessions for the academic year 2024/2025 – valid for all of the three schools of Padova, Bologna and Brescia – will take place in the following dates:

Spring session 2024

Tuesday, April 23rd 2024

Summer session 2024

Wednesday, July 10th 2024

Autumn session 2024

Monday, September 16th 2024

 

The General Management at Ciels may call – according to the call for admission below – an extraordinary session for ADMISSION TESTS in relation to the high number of requests to simplify the selection, assessment and admission procedures. However, the number of available places will not change, fixed for each school by Ministerial Decree. Terms and timing will be announced later and promptly published on the website www.ciels.it in the “News” section.

 

Publication of the results

The ranking of ELIGIBLE candidates will be published on the website in the “News/Important notices” within 5 days of taking the test.

To take part in the ADMISSION TEST, it is mandatory to fill in the Admission test registration form on this page.

The application must be completed in its ENTIRETY, together with the receipt of the contribution payment, according to the methods indicated in the Admission test registration form.

In case of equal score, candidates whose registration forms for the admission test were sent earlier will be given priority in the ranking.

Transferring to Ciels

Transferring from another University

Transferring to Ciels

 

Students who intend to transfer from another Italian University to Ciels Campus must submit a transfer application to the outgoing university according to methods and deadlines fixed by it. The outgoing university will be responsible for sending the documentation relating the student’s career and their dismissal to Ciels Campus. Once the dismissal document has been received, the Student’s Office will communicate a notice of receipt to the student, who is required to regularize their administrative situation within 10 days from the date of notice from the student’s office, in order to ensure a regular execution of the procedure.

 

The transfer of students from another university to Ciels is also subject to the number of place available (Ciels will issue a “NULLA OSTA” certificate for registration after checking the available places).

 

Evaluation of the student’s academic career may be requested, with validation of the exams taken and credits acquired submitting a ECTs Evaluation Request form, which can be downloaded here

By submitting the Application for Preventive Evaluation and ECTs evaluation forms to the relevant General Office for each school, it is possible to know in advance which exams and activities (already taken or expected to be taken by the date of enrollment or registration) will be validated by Campus Ciels as part of the course you want to undertake. It is also possible to request a preventive calculation without registration restrictions.

 

The application can be submitted due to:

  • Transfer from other universities to Ciels Campus
  • New enrollment at Ciels Campus in order to validate exams or training activities from previous university courses.

 

The application have to be submitted:

  • Directly to the General Office;
  • Scanned via e-mail.
