The course in Security and social defence (Criminology) focuses on the investigative, scientific and forensic world.
Starting from an in-depth literary and scientific knowledge in Criminology and Victimology, students will develop competences in the legal, communicative and psico-social fields.
Aim of this course is to train students to develop abilities to comprehend behaviors at risk of aggression and how to come into contact with this phenomena by establishing an empathetic relationship with the subject that allows Mediation.
Skills are consolidated through workshops which address legal, criminal and social psychology issues with the aim of defining criminal profiles. The creative context, also, allows students to analyze cyber crimes trends.
The study plans, including laboratory activities, may be subject to updates, from year to year, in relation to the teaching autonomy provided for pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/2004 and subsequent decrees.
