The curricula Business Management for the Internalization of Business designed for those who are interested in business development and management and so fill managerial international roles.

During its courses, students will develop and improve their skills in business management, strategic communication, human resources and commercial law. In this way, they will learn how to best deal with the development of a business, people and systems in different international markets.

The workshops linked to this curricula allow students to create their business cases aimed to manage a business at an international level, through projects about business innovation and transformation, as well as financial strategies that can be applied both in the Western world and Latin’s markets, up to the Middle East.

Such courses aim to train experts who have an excellent knowledge of at least two foreign languages, as well as an in-depth knowledge in the economic-business-law field. Furthermore, they will be able to use them to deal with business problems by developing an aptitude for internationalization of business strategies.

The application of analytic strategies, strategic and operational diagnosis is extended to various industrial and service sectors, and is consolidated by notable skills in the economic-managerial field. Students will be studying both European and non-European languages, the latters being nowadays increasingly in-demand thanks to the growing number of international commercial transactions.

The study plans, including laboratory activities, may be subject to updates, from year to year, in relation to the teaching autonomy provided for pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/2004 and subsequent decrees.
